I had hoped would be distributed to the delegates. It

is our report on Delegate Robey's resolution with

5

respect to the creation of a Committee on Public Informa-

tion.

THE PRESIDENT: Just a second and see if

we can find it. Do you have such a report, Mr. Clerk?

I am sorry. The report does not seem to

10

have been reproduced and it was not received by the

11

Clerk. It will be submitted on Monday.

DELEGATE SCANLAN: On that score, Mr.

13

President, Delegate Robey's resolution regarding the

14

creation of a Committee on Public Information was before

15

the Convention, I believe, last Wednesday, and Delegate

16

Robey impresses me with the urgency of the consideration

17

of his resolution. The committee has recommended a

18

favorable report, with some modifications with respect

19

to Delegate Robey's resolution. Under the rules, I

20

think it would be in order at any time and we would like

21

to consider it Monday, since two session days have passed
