people or, if you yourselves will take the responsibility
for so notifying them. The first meeting is to be held
in the Baltimore City Delegation room at the Shaw House,
September 26. The subject under consideration at that
time will be voting qualifications, except for age. The
second hearing is the 28th, Thursday, at 9:30 a.m.,
covering referendum, initiative and recall; the third one,
October 3 at 7:30 p.m., on voting age; and we have scheduled
two sessions on that, because we anticipate a great deal
of public interest. The second hearing on the same sub-
ject, the next morning, October 4, at 9:30 in the morning.
The last hearing, October 10, at 9:30 concerning frequen-
cy of elections or other matters that go into deep cubby-
holes. At this point, I would like again to urge each of
you to make sure that those people who are interested in
this are aware of these dates. We are asking if at all
possible that individuals who wish to testify notify
the Committee. However, testimony of those people who
do not register will certainly be heard. Thank you,
Mr. Chairman.
THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements?
