Delegate Marion: A proposal that should the bicameral
Legislature be adopted, Section 3.04 of the Constitution
shall read as follows:
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 64
is referred to the Committee on The Legislative Branch.
Delegate Proposal No. 65. The Clerk will
read the proposal.
MR. BURRELL: Delegate Proposal No. 65,
by Delegate Marion: A proposal that Section 5.07
of the Constitution shall provide for the filling of
vacancies in the General Assembly by special election
rather than by appointment.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 65 is
referred to the Committee on The Legislative Branch. It
has been duplicated. You should have a copy.
