WHEREAS, The delegates to the Con-
stitutional Convention of Maryland wish
the delegates to the Pennsylvania Consti-
tutional Convention the same opportunity
that they have had and the same success
that they are striving for; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the Constitutional
Convention of Maryland sends its very best
wishes for success to the delegates to the
Constitutional Convention now beginning
in Pennsylvania; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the President of the
Maryland Constitutional Convention is in-
structed to convey this Convention's best
wishes and a copy of this resolution to the
President of the Pennsylvania Constitu-
tional Convention.

move the suspension of rules to permit im-
mediate consideration of this resolution.

Convention ought to give full support to
another Convention concerned with the
