DELEGATE SCANLAN: I move adoption of the Com-
mittee's proposed amendment to Rule 48 under which the
moving of the previous question would not take down all
pending amendments, but will be limited to merely the
question covered at the time.
THE PRESIDENT: Is there a second?

THE PRESIDENT: Any discussion? All those In
favor of the proposed amendment to Rule 48, signify by
saying Aye; contrary, No. The Ayes have it. It is so

DELEGATE SCANLAN: I would like to move, RESOLVED:
That the Secretary of the Constitutional Convention be
empowered to correct any errors and cross references,
enumeration, pagination, grammar, spelling, et cetera.
