of the Committee of the Whole has been reproduced. I
am not sure whether it has as yet been printed and circulated
to the delegates. It has been. It is on white paper so
that it will not be confused with your other documents.

the portion of the section which was deleted by amendment
and by showing in italics the portions which were added.
