General Provisions will continue its deliberations im-
mediately after the session and again tomorrow morning at
10:00 o'clock.

DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President, the subcom-
mittees appointed this morning by the Committee on Local
Affairs will meet, I would say, fifteen minutes after
this session. Some members, I think, are on the Rules
Committee. There will be a meeting of the Local Govern-
ment Committee tomorrow morning commencing at 9 o'clock.
