Revenue Service some sort of an understanding and agree-
ment applicable to this Convention to simplify this book-
keeping so that we are not all going to be deluged with
restaurant chits and gasoline slips and all this sort of
thing. Just as soon as we can do this and can get some
definite understanding, the memorandum will be passed on
to you. In the meantime, I suggest that you keep as accurate
records as you can.
Are there any announcements by committee chair-
men? Delegate Sherbow?
DELEGATE SHERBOW: Mr. President, the Delegate
Proposal No. 8 relates to assessments and has particular
reference to the inclusion of property which is devoted to
agricultural or open space use. This is a subject which
will be of extreme interest to many groups. The Committee
has set hearings, but has not yet picked a date. We are
very anxious to have the delegates at the Convention
communicate with their County governments and with any other
interested groups, real estate, farming or otherwise, to
let them know that this is coming before the Committee
for a hearing, and if they will write to the Committee, we
