DELEGATE GRANT: I point out to you first of

all that any official who would come under that section,

that it could be construed could be considered if he

15

was in the executive branch of that narrow definition.

However, I point out to you it does not include the

17

comptroller who are specifically provided for in the Con-

18

stitution.

It does not include the state's attorneys. It

probably does not include the clerks of the court who are

21

elected officers, it certainly does not include any
