I hope will put these two conflicting points of view
2
together for the benefit of a good provision.

THE CHAIRMAN: If you can do it in a very, very
4
few minutes, Delegate Storm, I think it might be possible.
5
Otherwise I don't think it will be for this reason:
6
The Chair, as all of you know, and I am sure
7
this feeling is shared by every delegate, is very anxious
8
to conclude consideration of this recommendation so that
9
we can take up and conclude today the consideration of the
10
commit tee recommendation -B-6 , dealing with education.
11
It will be possible to do so provided we dispose
12
of committee recommendation R&P-2 very promptly.
13
At the same time, the Chair is concerned as I
14
am sure the other delegates were, by feelings of uncertainty
15
as to certain sections which were acted upon either by
16
deletion or amendment. Several delegates have indicated
17
to the Chair a desire to move for reconsideration of the
18
action of the Committee of the Whole with respect to some
19
of those sect-ions, others have indicated grave doubt that
20
the Committee was sufficiently informed on certain aspects,
21
at least, they desire that there not be final action.
