Mr. Weems, moved to rescind the order adopted on Friday last,
limiting the debate on the report of the Judiciary to 12 o'clock this
day;
Mr. Buchanan, being in the chair, ruled the motion to be out of
order.

Mr. Weems, then moved to postpone the order of the day and
amendment pending;
Mr. Weems, moved the question be taken by yeas and nays and
being ordered appeared as follows
