So the amendment was rejected.
The question again recurred upon the adoption of the substitute

as offered by Mr. Grason,

Mr. Howard, moved the previous question, that is,

The Convention was called, and the Doorkeeper sent for the

On motion of Mr. Presstman,
Further proceedings under the call was dispensed with.
