Mr. Brent, of Balt. city, then moved as an amendment to the
original resolution, by adding at the end thereof, as an additional
resolution, the following:
"Resolved, That the grounds and principles assumed in the
majority report of the committee on credentials, are not approved
or sustained by the judgment of this convention ;"
Which was read,
