AN ACT to add a new section to Article 75 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Pleadings, Practice and Pro-
cess at Law," sub-title "Ejectment," to come in after Sec.
tion sixty-nine, and to be known as Section 69 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be added to the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law,"
sub-title "Ejectment," to come in after Section sixty-nine,
and to be known as Section 69 A, and to read as follows:

Ejectment.

69A. That an outstanding mortgage shall not prevent the
real owner as mortgagor of said property from maintaining an
action of ejectment against any person or persons other than
the mortgagee, or his, her or their assigns.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 560.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Police Commissioners of
Baltimore City to pension Louis F. Norris, George W.
Bailey and Manno A. Behrens, former policemen of the
police force of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Police Commissioners for the
City of Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to pay the following pensions to the follow-
ing former officers of the police force of Baltimore City
the respective sums set opposite their respective names,
as follows: Louis E. Norris, the sum of nine dollars
per week; George W. Bailey, the sum of nine dollars per
week; Manno A. Behrens, the sum of nine dollars per week,
who were permanently disabled in the discharge of their duty
