Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and
his successors forever, a corporation sole under the laws
of this State, contained in the last will and testament of
Luther M. Cresap, late of Allegany County, deceased, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for said county
in Wills Liber G., folio 169.

J. Wunder, pastor of Saint Patrick's Roman Catholic Church
of Cumberland, Maryland, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary M. Seyster, late of Allegany County, deceased,
of record in the office of the Register of Wills of said county,
in Wills Liber H., folio 5.

Sixth. To the conveyance, grant or deed dated March 10,
A. D. 1898, and recorded among the land records of Allegany
County in Liber T. L. No. 85, folio 642, from Richard D.
Johnson and others to James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and
his successors forever, of the lot or parcel of ground in the
City of Cumberland, therein particularly described.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
