In cases of
appeal, etc.

117H. That in all cases where fines, penalties or forfeit-
ures shall be imposed by said police justice, and an appeal
shall be taken, and the Circuit Court shall affirm the judg-
ment of said police justice, the fine, penalty, forfeiture and
costs taxed by said justice to the extent of same im-
posed by said police justice shall, when collected, be paid to
the said County Commissioners, to become part of the afore-
said separate fund, and be appropriated as hereinbefore
required.

Change of
justice.

117I. That the justice of the peace so selected as police
justice may be changed from time to time by the Governor at
his discretion, and any other justice of the peace may be
selected to perform the duties of the said police justice.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all Acts, general or local,
inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed in so far as they
may conflict with this Act.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Charles
City," sub-title "La Plata," and Chapter four hundred and
eighty -six of the Acts of the Gen eral Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session of eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 91, 96 and
105 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Mary-
land," entitled "Charles County," sub-title "La Plata,"
and to enact the following in lieu thereof, and to re-enact
said Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Charles County,"
sub-title "La Plata," with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Charles
County," sub-title "La Plata, and Chapter four hundred and
eighty -six of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session of eighteen hundred and ninety-
four, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 91, 96 and 105 of
