of the persons convicted, or whose recognizance has been for-
feited, the date of conviction or forfeiture, the charge on
which arrested, the amount of the fine or forfeiture, and a ref-
erence to the docket and folio in which the trial is recorded.

Penalty for
violation.
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That if the sheriff of Baltimore
County, or any justice of the peace, shall violate any of the
provisions of this Act, he shall, upon conviction thereof, pay
a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two
hundred dollars for each and every offense.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all Articles and sections of
the Code of Public General Laws, or of the Code of Public
Local Laws, and all Acts or parts of Acts, so far as the same
apply to Baltimore County inconsistent with this Act, be and
the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Will of
Dodaise Dode
|
AN ACT to give sanction of the Legislature to the gifts,
devises and bequests to divers charitable and religious insti-
tutions named in the last will and testament of Dodaise
Dode, late of Baltimore city, deceased, subject to the condi-
tions and limitations, and for the purpose in said will men-
tioned, and to prevent any failure of the testamentary
purposes of the said Dodaise Dode by reason of uncertainty
or misdescription of any of said beneficiaries.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, Dodaise Dode, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
by her last will and testament, duly probated and now on
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City,
did give and bequeath unto the Little Sisters of the Poor the
sum of one thousand dollars; unto the Oblate Sisters of Provi-
dence of Baltimore the sum of one thousand dollars, and to
the Protectors of Saint Mary's Orphanline Female School of
the City of Baltimore the sum of five hundred dollars, and by
the residuary clause of said will did give, devise and bequeath
all of the rest, residue and remainder of her estate unto the
Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore, the corporation
hereinbefore named, upon condition that the corporation
accept the same for the purposes of maintaining a hospital for
invalid poor persons without distinction of color, who may be
