CHAPTER 510.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
five hundred and twenty-seven, of the Acts of eighteen
hundred and ninety-eight, entitled "An Act to repeal Chap-
ter four hundred and forty-eight, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of eighteen hundred and ninety-four, entitled
an Act to appropriate the fines and forfeitures imposed by
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and by justices of
the peace thereof to the treasurer of the Board of County
School Commissioners of Baltimore County, for the vise of
the public schools of said county," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter five hundred and twenty-seven, of the
Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled "An Act
to repeal Chapter four hundred and forty-eight, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of eighteen hundred and ninety-four,
entitled an Act to appropriate the fines and forfeitures imposed
by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and by justices of
the peace thereof to the treasurer of the Board of County
School Commissioners of Baltimore County, for the use of the
public schools of said county," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, be and the same is hereby repealed, so as to
read as follows:

SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the whole of all fines and forfeitures imposed after the
passage of this Act by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County
and justices of the peace of said county shall be paid to the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County, for the use of
said county.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all fines and forfeitures im-
posed by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and collected
by the sheriff of said county, shall be paid over by him to the
said County Commissioners of Baltimore County within ten
days after he shall have collected the same; and all fines and
forfeitures imposed and collected by justices of the peace in
said county shall be paid over to said County Commissioners
on the third Tuesday of every month, for the preceding month.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That at the time of paying over
such fines or forfeitures, as aforesaid, the sheriff or justice of
the peace, as the case may be, shall make out and furnish to
the said County Commissioners a statement, giving the name
