sub-title "Election Districts," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 72. The judges and clerks of election and registers of
voters in said county shall each be entitled to the sum of three
dollars per day for every election at which they shall respec-
tively attend and act as judges or clerks or registers of voters,
and for making returns of said elections; and the County
Commissioners shall annually levy a sum sufficient to pay
said judges and clerks and registers of voters, who shall be
entitled to receive compensation for the time they actually
have served, within ten days after Thursday next following
evrey election, beginning with the year nineteen hundred,
and continuing each year thereafter; or the County Commis-
sioners may issue a certificate for the amount due each judge
and clerk of election and register of voters in payment for
their services, provided the interest or amount of discount be
added to such certificate from the date of its issue to the time
of its payment.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

Company."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Joseph B. Hanway, W. Boyd Bell, Richard Dal-
lam, Philip H. Close and John P. Horsey and all other per-
sons who may hereafter become stockholders in the company
hereby incorporated, are hereby created a body corporate by the
name of "The "Harford Electric Railway Company," and by
that name shall have perpetual succession with power to sue
and be sued, to plead and be impleaded, and to make, have and
use a common seal and change the same at pleasure, and shall
have and enjoy and may exercise all the rights, powers, privi-
leges and franchises incident and necessary to the purposes of
the said corporation as created by this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock of the said
company shall consist of two hundred shares of the par value
of fifty dollars each, aggregating ten thousand dollars, for
which the incorporators hereinbefore named may receive sub-
