by-laws and
regulations.

SEC. 15. And be it further enacted, That this corporation
shall be subject at all times to the provisions of Chapters 109
and 279, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety -two, and
any amendments thereof.
SEC. 16. And be it enacted, That the president, vice-president
and directors of said corporation hereby created, shall have
power to enact and adopt such rules and regulations and by-
laws for the government and management of the affairs of said
corporation as they shall deem advantageous to the interests
thereof; provided, the same be not contrary to the law of the
land.
SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That the General Assembly
reserve the right to repeal, alter or amend this Act.
SEC. 18. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of
Article 1 of Public Local Laws, title 'Allegany County,"
sub-title "Birds and Game."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
tand, That Sections eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one
and twenty-two of Article 1 of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County," sub-title "Birds and Game," be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section eighty-one of Article 5 of the Code of
Public General Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled "Ap-
peals and Error," sub-title "Appeals from County Commis-
sioners," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
