LAWS OF MARYLAND.

ninety-two, and to re-enact the same with amendments, so
as to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section thirty-one of Article 3 of the Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted so as to read as follows:

Sec. 31. There shall be three County Commissioners for
Baltimore County who, after the expiration of the respective
terms of the present incumbents, shall hold office for the term
of two years, and shall be eligible to re-election, and the said
Commissioners shall be elected as follows: At the next gen-
eral election one County Commissioner shall be elected to fill
the vacancy which shall first thereafter occur in the Board of
County Commissioners for Baltimore County, and at the next
general election which shall occur two years thereafter two
County Commissioner shall be elected to fill the vacancies to
occur in said Board, and at the general election thereafter
three County Commissioners shall be elected for said county.
They shall each receive an annual salary of twelve hundred
dollars, and no more for any purpose whatsoever, payable
monthly by the Treasurer of said county, and they are re-
quired to meet for the transaction of public business, at their
office at Towson, on Tuesday and -Wednesday of each week,
and daily from the first Tuesday in March in each year until
the annual levy is made.

CHAPTER 475.
AN ACT to extend the privileges, enlarge the powers and
amend the charter of the Woodsboro Savings Bank, of Fred-
erick County, Maryland.

WHEREAS, The Woodsboro Savings Bank, of Frederick
County, Maryland, was duly incorporated by certificate recorded
under the provisions of the General Incorporation Laws of the
State of Maryland, in the Corporation Records of Frederick
County, on the 15th day of April, in the year 1899, in Records
of Corporation No. 2, folio 423, and it is desired to amend
said charter and enlarge the powers of said corporation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the charter of the said Woodsboro Savings Bank,
Frederick County, Maryland, be and the same is hereby
