CHAPTER 450.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter seven hundred and two of the
Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety -two, entitled an "Act
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section two hun-
dred and seventeen of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws," title "Corporations," sub-title "Religious Cor-
porations," and to add an additional section thereto, to be
amended Section 217 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter seven hundred and two of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, entitled an "Act
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section two hun-
dred and seventeen of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title 'Corporations,' sub-title 'Religious Corpo-
rations,' and to add an additional section thereto, to be
amended Section 217A,' " be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 451.
AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title
"Jurors," providing for the selection and drawing of jurors
in said county, said sections to follow Section one hundred
and seventy-eight and to be designated as Sections I78A,
178B and 178C.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That three new sections be and the same are hereby
added to Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
Allegany County," sub-title "Jurors," to follow Section one
hundred and seventy-eight and to be designated as Sections
178A, 178B and 178C, and to read as follows:

178A. When selecting the list of two hundred names for
Allegany County, as provided for in Section seven of Article
51 of the Code of Public General laws, the judge or judges of
the Circuit Court for Allegany County drawing the jury for
said county shall apportion the names of the panel of two
hundred among the several election districts, or precincts
