CHAPTER 436.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter two hundred and fifty-four of the
Acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, incorporating
the Town of Barnsville, in Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter two hundred and fifty-four of the Acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, incorporating the town of
Barnsville, in Montgomery County, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage, and that all Acts and parts of
Acts inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.

CHAPTER 437.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Blue Ridge Electric
Railway and Power Company of Washington County,
Maryland, to consolidate, or enter into traffic arrangements,
by lease or otherwise, with the Blue Ridge Electric Street
Railway Company of Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Blue Ridge Electric Railway and Power Com-
pany of Washington County, Maryland, be and it is hereby
authorized and empowered, upon such terms as shall be
satisfactory to all of its directors, and to not less than seven-
eighths of its stockholders, each share being entitled to one
vote, to consolidate, either by sale or purchase, lease or other
traffic arrangement, with the Blue Ridge Electric Street
Railway Company of Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 438.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," to follow Section thirty-five, to be
known as Section 35 A.
