ceeding two hundred dollars per annum, including the salary
provided by Section three hundred and sixty-five, shall be
paid over at the end of the gunning season to the special
policeman appointed under said section; but if the amount
received from such licenses, including said salary of fifty dol-
lars, shall exceed two hundred dollars, then said excess shall
be paid to the said County Commissioners for the use and
benefit of the county.

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Fraud," sub-title
"Fruit and Vegetable Packing," to follow Section one hun-
dred and four, and to be designated as Section 104 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Frauds," sub-title "Fruit and Vegetable Packing," to fol-
low Section one hundred and four and to be designated as Sec-
tion 104 A, and to read as follows:

Fruit
and vegetable
packing.

104 A. An apple barrel shall be of the following dimen-
sions: Head diameter, seventeen and one-eighth inches; length
of stave, twenty-eight and one-half inches; bulge not less than
sixty-four inches, outside measurement; and every person,
firm or corporation buying or selling apples in this State by
the barrel shall be understood as referring to the quantity or
size of the barrel specified in this section; provided, however,
that nothing in this section shall prevent any shipment of
apples in the regular flour barrel.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the
same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title
"Jurors," providing for the selection and drawing of jurors
