CHAPTER 369.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 13, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub-
title "Fish," to immediately follow Section one hundred,
and fourteen, to be known as Section 114A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-bly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same is added to
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford
County," sub-title "Fish," to immediately follow Section one
hundred and fourteen, to be known as Section 114A, and to
read as follows;

114A. Any person violating any of the provisions of Sec-
tion one hundred and thirteen and one hundred and fourteen
preceding shall pay a fine of not less than ten or more than
one hundred dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 370.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of St. Mary's County to pay to the Town Commissioners of
Leonardtown the money levied in said town for road tax.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land That the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
be and they are hereby directed to pay all road tax levied on
the property in Leonardtown to the Town Commissioners of
Leonardtown for improvement of the roads and streets in
said town.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add two additional sections to Article 99 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Wild
Fowl, Birds and Game," to be known as Sections eighteen:
