that the said corporation shall be subject at all times to the
provisions of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-two,
Chapter one hundred and nine and two hundred and seventy-
nine, or amendments or supplements thereto.
SEC. 19. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 352.
AN ACT to repeal Section twenty-five of Article 20 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Con-
stables," sub-title "Police Duties of Constables," in so far
as the same relates to Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section twenty-five of Article 20 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Constables," sub-
title "Police Duties of Constables," be and the same is hereby
repealed in so far as the same relates to Frederick County.
SEC. 2. And be it hereby further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
two and three of Chapter three hundred and twenty-two of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen
hundred and ninety-eight, entitled an "Act to Amend the
Charter and extend the powers of the Frederick Electric
Light and Power Company of Frederick County," a corpo-
ration formed under Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, entitled "Corporations," and
recorded in one of the Records of Corporations of Frederick
County, Liber No. 2, Eolios 265 and 266.
