294 E. All wagons or carts of a carrying capacity of two
thousand pounds or over to be used in Prince George's
County, which may be bought or built after the passage of
this Act, shall have tires at least four inches wide, and all
wagons or carts so bought or built and used, whose tires are
less than four inches wide, shall pay a special license of two
'dollars per annum, to be collected by the Board of County
Road Commissioners through the Board of District Road
Trustees, and all such money to be used for road purposes.
Each wagon so licensed shall receive and carry a license tag,
showing the payment of said license.

294 F. Any person appointed under the provisions of this
Act, whose duty it shall be to keep accounts or make reports,
who shall fail to do the same, or who shall wilfully make a false
report or account, shall be liable to indictment by the grand
jury; and if convicted in the Circuit Court for Prince George's
County shall be fined any sum, in the discretion of the court,
not exceeding one hundred dollars, and shall make g6od the
loss arising from such neglect of duty or fraud.

294 G. The Board of County Road Commissioners are
instructed to avail themselves of the advice and assistance of
the Geological Survey Commission, Division of Highways, of
the State of Maryland, in the building of roads and bridges
and the repairs thereof.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 347.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and ninety-two of
Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Rev-
enue and Taxes," so far as said section relates to the City
of Baltimore, and to re-enact the same, with amendments,
as Sections i64A and 1648 of Article 4, Public Local Laws.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted bv the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section one hundred and ninety -two of Article 81
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Revenue and
Taxes," be and the same is hereby repealed so far as it relates
to the City of Baltimore, and that two new sections be added
to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws to be known as
'Section i64A and 1646, the section hereby repealed as to Bal-
timore City having been added to said Article by the Acts of
