eighty-two of the Acts of 1892, and to re-enact the same,
with amendments, and to add a new section to said article,
to be designated as Section 253A.

"Wild Fowl.

SECTION 1. De it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section two hundred and fifty-three of Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "Wild Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, by Chapter five hundred and eighty-two of the
Acts of 1892 be and the same is hereby repealed and re-en-
acted, with amendments, and to add a new section, to be des-
ignated as Section 253 A, to be added, the aforesaid two sec-
tions to read as follows:

253. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild fowl
from any booby blind or brush blind on the waters of Severn
River, in Anne Arundel County, except on Monday, Wednes-
day and Saturday of each week; or upon the waters of South
River, except on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each
week; or on the waters of Magothy River, in the aforesaid
county, except on Tuesday and Friday of each week; nor
upon any of the said waters in said county on any day from
the first day of May to the first day of October in each year.

253A. It shall not be lawful to establish any booby blind or
brush blind on or upon the waters of South River, in Anne
Arundel County, at a distance of over one hundred and fifty
yards in a direct line from the natural shore.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 62.

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 51 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Juries," to
be known as Section twenty-three, and to follow Section
twenty-two.

land, That an additional section be added to Article 51 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Juries,"
to be known as Section twenty-three, and to follow Section
