SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, (1) That Section 83 A, added to
said sub-title "Cambridge ," by Chapter four hundred and sixty-
six, of the Acts passed .at the January Session, in the year
eighteen hundred and ninety-four, be amended, by striking
out the designation Section 83 A, "And that the provisions
under said designation be added to Section 83, as amended
by said Chapter four hundred and sixty-six, so that the two
shall form one section, designated Section 83."

(2.) That Sections one and twoof Chapter twenty-eight of the
Acts passed at the January Session in the year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety -four, be amended by striking out the desig-
nations "Sections 1 and 2," and that the two sections be
united into one section, the said second section to follow the
first section, and that the section so formed shall become a
sub-section of Article 10, and of the sub-title "Cambridge,"
and be designated Sub-section BN.

(3.) That Sections one and two of Chapter five hundred
and six of the Acts passed at the January Sessiou in the year
eighteen hundred and ninety-four, be amended by striking
out the designations prefixed to said sections, and that the
two sections be united into one section, the second section to
follow the first section, and that the section so framed shall
become a sub-section of Article 10, and of said sub-title
"Cambridge," and shall be designated Sub-section BX.

(4.) That Sub-sections A and B as enacted by Chapter five
hundred and forty-eight of the Acts passed at the January
Session in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-four, be
amended by striking out the designated "Sub-section A" and
"Sub-section B," which are prefixed to said sub-sections, and
that the two provisions be united into one, (the provisions
of Sub-section B to follow the provisions of Sub-section A)
and that the provisions so united shall be as a sub-section of
Article 10, and of said sub-title ''Cambridge," be designated
sub-section BY.

(5.) That Sub-section one, as enacted by Section three of
Chapter four hundred and eighty of the Acts passed at the
January Session in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-
eight, be amended by striking out the designation Sub-section
one, and that it shall hereafter, as a Sub-section of Article 10
and of said sub-title "Cambridge," be designated as sub-
section BY.
