claim, of the time and place of such hearing, to pro-
ceed to hear and determine such claim and fix the
amount, if any, thereof, and at the same time or times,
what part thereof, it any, shall be paid by the County,
and how much thereof shall be paid by said railroad
company, and the contract made by said County Commis-
sioners, with said company under Section 2 of this Act shall
contain an agreement on the part of the said company to pay
such part of any such claim or claims as said Commissioners
shall so determine to be paid by said company.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 57-
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 488 of the Acts of 1898, entitled
an "Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and 21 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, titles, respectively, "Caroline County,
Dorchester County and Talbot County," sub-title "Fish,"
by adding three new sections thereto, to be designated Sec-
tion 146A of Article 6, Section 182A of Article 10, and Sec-
tion 116A of Article 21.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-bly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 488 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1898, entitled an "Act to amend Articles 6, 10
and 21, of 1898, entitled an "Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and
21 of the Code of Public Laws, titles, respectively, "Caroline
County, Dorchester County and Talbot County," sub-title
"Fish," by adding three new sections thereto, to be desig-
nated as Section I46A of Article 6, Section 182 A of Article
10, and Section 116A of Article 21, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act. shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
