SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the boundaries of said
Election District No. 16, or Hyattsville District, shall be as
follows: Beginning at a point where the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad crosses the Vansville Election District line at College
Station; thence along said railroad to the District of Colum-
bia line; thence with District of Columbia line to the Mont-
gomery County line; thence with Montgomery County line to
Vansville District line; thence with Vansville District line to
place of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the portion of the pres-
ent Bladensburg District, or Election District No. 2, situated
and laying southeast of the Washington branch of the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad, be and the same is hereby made a
new district, to be known as and called Bladensburg Election
District, or Election District No. 2.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the places of holding elec-
tions in the districts made by this division shall be at such
convenient place or places as the County Commissioners and
Election Supervisors of Prince George's County shall deter-
mine; and the said County Commissioners and Election
Supervisors of Prince George's County are hereby directed to
make all necessary provisions for voting in Bladensburg and
Hyattsville Election Districts in said county.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That there shall be a new general
registration of all the legal voters in said election districts of
Hyattsville and Bladensburg in the same way and under the
same rules and provisions, in all respects, as provided by
Chapter two hundred and two of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of eighteen
hundred and ninety-six for the general registration of voters
in the counties of the State.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Governor of the State
of Maryland and the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County are hereby authorized and empowered to
make the same appointments of justices of the peace, con-
stables and other officers for the said election districts of
Hyattsville and Bladensburg as are now made for the other
election districts of Prince George's County.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from date of its passage.
