individual or corporation or private rights of way from any
individual as may be necessary; and where the consent of
such owner of said ground, right of way or property cannot
be obtained, a jury of condemnation shall be summoned in
conformity with the provisions of Section one hundred and
sixty-seven of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Corporation," sub-title "Railroad Com-
panies," and the proceedings shall be as provided by said
Article 23.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That the president and
directors of said company may borrow from time to time for
the corporate purposes of said company such amounts of
money as they may deem proper, and provide for the pay-
ment of the same and the interest thereon by mortgage or
otherwise, and may issue bonds for the same and provide for

CHAPTER 308.
AN ACT to establish a new election district in Prince
George's County by dividing District No. 2, or Bladensburg
Election District, the resulting districts to be known as
Hyattsville and Bladensburg Election Districts, respectively,
Hyattsville Ejection. District to be known as and called No.
16, and the other as Bladensburg District, or District No. 2.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new election district be laid out and established
out of Bladensburg Election District, or Election District
No. 2, the portion of said Bladensburg District laying north-
west of the main stem or Washington branch of the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad in Prince George's County, Mary-
land, to be known and called by the name of Election District
No. 16, or Hyattsville Election District.
