respectively remain in force; provided, that said corporation
shall be subject at all times to the provisions of the Acts of
eighteen hundred and ninety-two, Chapters one hundred and
nine and two hundred and seventy-nine, or amendments or
supplements thereto.
SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 300.
AN ACT to change the name of the "C. L. Mering Com-
pany of Baltimore City" to "The Patapsco Poultry and
Produce Company."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the corporate name of the "C. L. Mering Company
of Baltimore City , " the certificate for the incorporation whereof
is dated the 28th day of March, in the year 1899, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore
City, among the Charter Records, in Liber R. O., No. 37,
folio 464, etc., be and the same is hereby changed to the name
of "The Patapsco Poultry and Produce Company," by which
last mentioned name the said corporation shall be known after
the passage of this Act and the acceptance thereof by the
said corporation.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendment, Section
twenty -six, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Birds and

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section twenty-six, of Article 21, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, so as to read as follows:

to arrest by any constable of said county, upon a warrant
