SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section four hundred and twenty-three of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Frederick County" sub-title "Roads," be and the same is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section two hundred and
sixty-three of Article 13 of the Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, title "Harford County," sub-title "Toma-
toes," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section two hundred and sixty-three of Article 13 of
the Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Har-
ford County," sub-title "Tomatoes," be and the same is here-
by repealed and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:
263. The legal weight of tomatoes in Harford County shall
be sixty pounds to the bushel, and in all cases where either
the buyer or seller of tomatoes desires it they shall be bought
or sold by such weight.
