CHAPTER 193.

AN ACT to add an additional Section to Public Local
Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners," providing for the publication of assets and
liabilities in their annual statement, as required by Section
eleven, Article 25, ©f the Public General Laws of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be H enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 3 of the Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County," sub title "County Commissioners," be
amended, by adding thereto the following section, to be
designated Section forty, and to read as follows:

Section 40. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County,
in publishing the annual statement of expenses for said county,
as required by Section eleven of Article 25 of the Public
General Laws, shall hereafter add to said statement a sum-
marized statement of the liabilities and assets of said county
at the close of the fiscal year, and said report shall be pub-
lished within sixty days of the close of the fiscal year.

Approved April 7, 1900.

CHAPTER 194.
AN ACT to extend and continue in force the terms of the
Act of eighteen hundred and ninety-six, Chapter two hun-
dred and sixty-four, entitled an "Act to provide for the
appointment of Commissioners for the Promotion of Uni-
formity of Legislation in the United States, and to author-
ize the appointment and continuance of Commissioners
thereunder."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the terms, force and effect of the Act of eighteen
hundred and ninety-six, Chapter two hundred and sixty-four,
entitled an "Act to provide for the appointment of Commis-
sioners for the Promotion of Uniformity of Legislation in the
United States," be and the same is hereby extended and con-
tinued, and the Governor is hereby authorized and directed
to appoint Commissioners hereunder, as authorized by said
Act, in place of the original Commissioners heretofore
appointed thereunder, and to fill vacancies and reappoint
from time to time as may, in his judgment, be necessary to
