General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and
.ninety-six, entitled an "Act to repeal Sections thirty-three

Laws of Maryland," title, "Wicomico County," sub-title,
"Delmar," as amended by Chapter four hundred and forty-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections twenty-one to thirty-eight, inclusive, of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Delmar," and the
amendments and additions thereto, as amended and enacted
by Chapter four hundred and twelve of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and ninety,
entitled an "Act to add additional Sections to Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland," title "Wicomico
County," sub-title "Delmar," to follow Section thirty-eight,
and to be designated as "A" and "B," and Chapter four
hundred and forty-nine of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of eighteen hundred and ninety, entitled an "Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections thirty-three
