Association during any of its exhibitions, shall in a like manner
and during the time of said exhibition be exempt from the
payment of any State, county or municipal license.

CHAPTER 174.
AN ACT to amend the charter and enlarge the powers of
the Fidelity Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore City, a
corporation formed under the general incorporation law of
this State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the charter and powers of the Fidelity Insurance
Company of Baltimore City, a corporation formed on the
twenty-fifth day of February, 1899, under the general incor-
poration law of this State be and the same are hereby
amended and enlarged, so that the said corporation shall by
its name aforesaid have perpetual succession.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the number of direc-
tors of said corporation shall be increased from twelve to
twenty-five, of whom five may be non-residents of the State of
Maryland, and that the existing board shall have the
power to elect the additional members, who shall hold
office until the next annual meeting of stockholders, unless
sooner removed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the stockholders
may from time to time determine the number of directors
necessary to constitute a quorum, and that until otherwise
provided, any seven directors present at a duly called meet-
ing shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 175.
AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel County to construct a proper draw to the
bridge over Long Cove, a branch of Curtis Bay, in Anne
Arundel County, and to provide by taxation the means for
the construction of the same.
