CHAPTER 151.
AN ACT to repeal Sections seventy-nine, as re-enacted by
Chapter two hundred and eighty-one, of the Acts of eighteen
hundred and ninety, and repealed and re-enacted by Chap-
ter one hundred and three, of the Acts of eighteen hundred
and ninety-four, eighty, eighty-one and eighty-two, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," sub-title "Birds, Game and Foxes," as
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter one hundred and three
of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-four, so far as
the said sections relate to Anne Arundel County, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section seventy-nine, as re-enacted by Chapter
two hundred and eighty-one, of the Acts of eighteen hundred
and ninety, and repealed and re-enacted by Chapter one
hundred and three, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-
four, eighty, eighty-one and eighty-two, of Article 2, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "Birds, Game and Foxes," as repealed and re-enacted
by Chapter one hundred and three of the Acts of eighteen
hundred and ninety-four, so far as the said sections relate to
Anne Arundel County, be and the same are hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:

Sec. 79. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot,
kill, catch or in any way entrap or destroy, nor shall any person
have in their possession, dead or alive, any partridge, quail,
woodcock, pheasant or rabbit in Anne Arundel County,
between the twenty-fourth day of December and the fifteenth
day of November following, nor any robin at any time, and
it shall not be lawful for any person to sell, expose or offer for
sale any partridge, quail, woodcock or pheasant shot, killed,
caught or entrapped within the limits of Anne Arundel County
at any time, nor to carry out or caused to be carried out of the
limits of Anne Arundel County any partridge, quail, woodcock
or pheasant, dead or alive.

Sec. 80. Any person violating the aforegoing section shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof
before any justice of the peace of Anne Arundel County shall
pay a fine of one dollar for each and every partridge, quail,
woodcock, pheasant or robin shot, killed, caught or taken or
sold, offered or exposed for sale, or carried or cause to be car-
