and determine whether the transfer or assignment of the license
shall be allowed or not, after giving such notice to the appli-
cant and objector, as such judge shall deem reasonable, and
shall award thecosts of such hearing as such judge shall deem
equitable and just, and the assignee of such license shall be
bound by all the provisions of said Chapter six of the Acts of
eighteen hundred and ninety-four, as the original license
was bound.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commission-
ers of Prince George's County, Maryland, to build a new
school-house in Melwood District of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County are hereby authorized and empowered to build a new
school-house in Melwood District of said county, to be located
on the Marlboro Turnpike, between Meadows and Forestville.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 738.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 147, 163, 164 and 167 of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Caroline County,"
sub-title "Greensborough," and to re-enact the same, with
amendments, and also to add a new section to said Article
to be known as 168A, and to follow Section one hundred
and sixty-eight.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 147, 163, 164 and 167 of Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Caroline County," sub-title
"Greensborough," be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, and that a new section is hereby
added to said Article, to be known as i68A, and to follow Sec-
tion one hundred and sixty-eight.
