SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maty-
land, That the County Commissioners of Washington County
be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to levy
for the use of Daniel W. Reichard of said county, the sum of
five dollars and ninety-one cents, the amount of county taxes
paid erroneously by him for the years eighteen hundred and
ninety-seven and eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 108.
AN'ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington County to refund to H. Clay Rohrer, executor of
Joseph Rohrer, deceased, a sum of money erroneously paid
into the County Treasury.

land, That the County Commissioners of Washington County
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay H.
Clay Rohrer of said county, executor of Joseph Rohrer,
deceased, the sum of four dollars and two cents, being the sum
erroneously paid into the Treasury of said county by the said
H. Clay Rohrer, executor as aforesaid for county taxes for the
year eighteen hundred and ninety -seven.
SEC 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.
