CHAPTER 105
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Washington County to levy a sum of money, to refund
to David Wolf's heirs of said county certain taxes erro-
neously paid by them.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Washington County
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to levy for
the use of David Wolf's heirs of said county, the sum of nine
dollars and twenty seven cents, the amount of county taxes
paid erroneously by them for the years eighteen hundred and
ninety-seven and eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 106.
AN ACT to repeal Section three hundred and thirty-two of
Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Washington County," sub-title "Roads," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section three hundred and thirty-two of Article 22
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Roads," be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows :

332. No road shall be opened or altered so as to pass
through the buildings, yards, garden or burial ground of any
person, without the consent of the owner thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
