above expenses of the Legislature the sum of one hundred
and twenty-five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary, is hereby appropriated; for the printing of the
General Assembly of nineteen hundred and two, eighteen
thousand and five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary; for binding the laws, journals and documents
of said session of the General Assembly, three thousand dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for indexing
the journals and documents of the Senate and House of Dele-

necessary: for indexing the laws, three hundred and fifty
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; to the Sec-
retary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House of
Delegates for copying and arranging for publication the laws
of said session, three hundred dollars each, six hundred dol-
lars; and for salaries during the recess of the Legislature,
three hundred dollars each, six hundred dollars; to the clerk
of the Court of Appeals for recording the laws of the Gen-
ersl Assembly of nineteen hundred and two, four hundred and
fifty dollars.

To the members of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore City,
for making out lists of the holders of Baltimore City stock,
fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty dollars; to the Reg-
ister of Baltimore City, for collecting the State tax of Balti-
more City stock, one hundred dollars; for printing the report
of the State Tax Commissioner, four hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for the postage for the
Executive Department, Land Office, Treasury Department,
Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the House of Dele-
gates, twelve hundred and fifty dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary; for fuel and lights of the public buildings
and grounds to be expended under the direction and control of
the Governor, seven thousand and five hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; to the twenty-six news-
papers, in which shall be published the defaulters to the
State previous to the general election in November, nineteen
hundred and one, to be distributed by the Comptroller upon
bills rendered, one thousand dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary; for the purpose of fitting the Senate
Chamber and Hall of the House of Delegates, and so forth,
for the meeting of the General Assembly of nineteen hundred
and two, and for incidental repairs in the public buildings
during the recess of the Legislature, two thousand dollars, or
so much thereof as may be necessary, to be expended under
