said amount to be expended under the direction and control
of said Board, to be used for repairs to State property and
other necessary expenses; for the contingent fund of the
Attorney-General, for printing and traveling expenses, cleri-
cal services, stationery, postage, and other necessary expenses,
thirteen hundred dollars, or so much thereof as maybe neces-
sary; for the contingent fund of the State Librarian, for por-
terage, postage, freight, purchase of stationery and incidental
expenses, five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary; said contingent fund to be paid upon the proper
vouchers exhibited to the Comptroller.

For the augmentation and furnishing of the State Library,
one thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary; to the State Librarian, for expenses in shipments of
Acts of Assembly Reports and documents of the Session of
nineteen hundred and two, three hundred and fifty dollars, or
so much thereof as may be necessary.

For the payment of the annual ground rent on tobacco ware-
house lots in Baltimore City, four hundred and forty-eight
dollars and eleven cents; for the salaries of two inspectors of
steam, boilers in the City of Baltimore, fifteen hundred dollars
each, three thousand dollars; for the salary of the Mine In-
spector in Garrett and Allegany Counties, fifteen hundred dol-
lars; for the rent of boxes in some safe deposit company, for
the use of the Treasury Department, one hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary; for insurance of
public buildings of the State and on the personal property
thereto belonging, the sum of five thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary.
