SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

County,
Provide Anti-
toxine for
indigent
persons.

CHAPTER 689.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Mpnt-
gomery County to furnish Anti-toxine to indigent patients.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County are hereby authorized to
provide Anti-toxine for the use of indigent persons suffering
with diphtheria; provided, that such Anti-toxine shall be
furnished only upon the affidavit of the attending physician
that such diphtheretic person or persons is unable to procure
the necessary treatment.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 690.
AN ACT to enlarge the corporate limits of the City of Cum-
berland, in Allegany County, and to provide for the re-loca-
tion of Fayette street, from Brooke avenue, in Read's addi-
tion to said city, and the extension of said Fayette street,
commonly known as "Sulphur Spring Hollow Road," to its
intersection with the Old National Pike, or Green street,
extended, in said city, and to provide for the grading-, pav-
ing or macadamizing, sewering, and otherwise improving
said Fayette street and the extension of the same, com-
monly known as "Sulphur Spring Hollow Road," within
the proposed extended corporate limits, and to provide for
the payment of the cost of said improvement.

land, That the city limits of Cumberland, in Allegany County,
as now constituted be and the same are hereby extended so as
to include all that body of land bounded as follows: Beginning
