issued by said company; and the said company, from time to
time, as it shall deem proper, may sell and dispose of the said
securities, and exchange and redeposit with the said Treas-
urer, under such rules and regulations for said exchange and
deposit as the said Treasurer shall direct, the said company
confining the said business of sale, disposition and exchange
of said securities to either or all of said securities above
named in this Section; and the interest and profits accruing
and made on said securities, and the sale or exchange thereof,
shall be collected by and paid to said company.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and nine of Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery
County," sub-title "Hyattstown," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section one hundred and nine of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery County,"
sub-title "Hyattstown," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:

109. The male citizens of Hyattstown of the age of twenty-
one years and upward who have resided in said town for six:
months next preceding the election, shall, on the first Monday
in May annually, elect three male citizens who are voters and
have resided in said town for six months next preceding said
elections, as commissioners of Hyattstown, to serve for one
year, or until their successors shall be duly elected and quali-
fied. They shall receive no pay for their services.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
