authorized to subscribe in the name of the State for fifteen
additional sets of Perkins' Annotated Maryland Reports, at
not more than $4.00 per volume, bound "in law sheep, and
upon each delivery of 15 copies of each of the volumes to the
State Library the Librarian shall issue a certificate of the
receipt thereof, and upon the presentation of such certificate
the Comptroller of the Treasury is hereby directed to issue
his warrant for the sum of sixty dollars, and the Treasurer
shall thereupon pay the sum to the publisher of the said
edition.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the State Librarian shall
distribute one copy of said edition to each of the courts of the
city and State which have not yet been supplied with them,
and one copy each to the Executive Department of the State,
said copies to remain the property of the State and to be sur-
rendered by the Judges of the Court of Appeals and the
Attorney-General at the expiration of their respective terms
of office to their successors.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the remaining sets shall be
kept in the State Library for the completion of the remaining
sets of Brandy's Annotated Maryland Reports, for the further
use of the State.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
six of Article 72, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Oysters," as the same was re-enacted by Chapter three
hundred and eighty, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, and by Chapter one hundred and seventeen of
the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section six of Article 72, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Oysters," as the same was re-enacted by
Chapter three hundred and eighty of the Acts of eighteen
hundred and ninety-four, and by Chapter one hundred and
seventeen of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows:
