ratifying and confirming the said bequests in the will of
said John Coulter, to the Seminary at Pittsburg, Pennsyl-
vania, which is under the charge and control of the Reformed
Presbyterian Church of North America, and to the Boards
of Foreign and Home Missions of said church, and also to
the congregation established in Baltimore, Maryland, of the
said church.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and confirmation of the General
Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given,
granted and declared to the bequests made by and contained
in the last will and testament of John Coulter, late of Balti-
more County, deceased, dated 27th day of February, A. D.,
1887, and codicil thereto, of one thousand dollars each to the
Seminary at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, which is under the
charge and control of the Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian
Church of North America, and to the Boards of Foreign and
Home Missions of said church, and also a bequest of one
hundred dollars to the congregation established in Baltimore,
Maryland, of the said church, and to the addition of four hun-
dred dollars to said last bequest added by the codicil to the
last will and testament of Eliza Anne Coulter, and to the be-
quests made by and contained in the last will and testament
of Eliza Jane Coulter, late of Baltimore County, deceased,
dated 5th of October, 1894., of like amounts to said objects,
and ratifying and confirming the bequests made by the said
John Coulter in his will and codicil to the will of said Eliza
Jane Coulter, adding the sum of four hundred dollars to the
bequest to the congregation established in Baltimore, Mary-
land, of said church, as aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
