CHAPTER 631.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Charles County to refund to the heirs of H. R. Harris
fourteen dollars and fifty-two cents money erroneously paid
into the Treasury of Charles County as county taxes in the
years 1898 and 1899.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, that the County Commissioners of Charles County,
Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
refund to the heirs of H. R. Harris fourteen dollars and fifty-
two cents money erroneously paid into the County Treasury
as county taxes for the year 1898 and 1899.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Caroline Co.

AN ACT to sanction the bequests to "Liberty Methodist
Protestant Church" and to the Trustees of the Maryland
Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church
under the will of Elisha W. Andrews, late of Caroline
County, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and assent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be, and the same is hereby given and declared to
bequests contained in the last will and testament of Elisha W.
Andrews, late of Caroline County, deceased, to "Liberty
Methodist Protestant Church" and also to the Trustees of
the Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant
Church, a body corporate, designated in said as the Maryland
Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
