Mr. Wilkinson moved to concur in the following House
amendment to said bill:
After words "one dollar," on line 2, section 461, insert
"and ten cents."
And offered the following proposed amendment to
amendment proposed:
Strike out the word "ten” and insert the word "fifteen”
at the end of the section.
Which was ruled out of order.
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
The Senate reconsidered its action by which the fol-
lowing amendment after words "one dollar” section 461,
on line 2, insert "and ten cents," proposed by the House
of Delegates to said bill, was nonconcurred in, and
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
The Senate concurred in the proposed amendment, and
The bill, as amended, was read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays as follows:
