Also, favorably, Senate bill No. 259, entitled "An Act to add an addi- tional section to Article 69 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Officers,' to be known as ‘Section 12.'" Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, with proposed amendments, Senate bill No. 272, entitled "An Act to repeal section 1 of Article 10 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. In section 1, line 1, after the word "person” and before tFe word "who” in said line, insert "who has been for- mally admitted to the bar of this State in conformity with all the requirements of law and." In section 1, line 1, after the word "who," strike out the word "is” and insert "may be or is."
